At temperatures of up to 15 degrees, Colorshift maintains a dark green appearance. Between 15 and 30 degrees, the colour gradually changes to light green. We have been working on the innovative product for ten years. The first brainstorming sessions started after customer comments about the appearance of artificial grass. Unlike natural grass, artificial grass does not fade during the winter months. All Season Grass saw opportunities for an appearance that does suit all seasons. Dozens of discussions with technicians and professors led to extensive tests at home and abroad. These provided All Season Grass with a lot of useful information and insights, but initially no promising result.
Cooperation with TenCate
Finally, a serious breakthrough did follow in 2018. New tests within and outside Europe then resulted in a pilot product. All Season Grass further developed that innovation in cooperation with TenCate Grass. In doing so, the company laid the foundation for the ground-breaking Colorshift line in 2022, with the ‘All Season I’ as the first tangible product. The new generation of synthetic turf was extensively tested at several locations and under every conceivable circumstance.
